Dear youth and parents,
It's another busy week for the youth ministry here at UCC, with a CYF outing to play whirlyball coming up tomorrow and Anna, Will, and Hannah at Chi Rho Camp with seven of our youth this week. Read on for details on the CYF event tomorrow and reminders about other activities going on this summer.

CYF outing to play whirlyball in Dallas this Wednesday
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  Youth in grades 9-12 will take a trip to Dallas tomorrow (Wednesday, June 23) to play whirlyball, an exciting game that combines basketball, lacrosse, and bumper cars. The group will meet at 12:30 p.m. to carpool to Dallas for two hours of play, and should return to the church by 5:00 p.m. You're welcome to bring a friend, but be sure to contact Jessica Vacketta at jessica@uccftw.com so that we have enough seats. Middle school youth at Chi Rho Camp this week
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  Seven of our youth who have completed grades 6-7 are at Disciples Crossing in Athens until Saturday for Chi Rho Camp. Please keep the campers and counselors in your prayers as they grow closer to God and one another on holy ground.

UCC Youth summer activities - join the fun! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We have a number of great fellowship events for youth coming up this summer, so be sure to mark your calendars! Here's what's in store:
Chi Rho (completed grades 6-8)
June 30: Science and History Museum / IMAX Theater - 9:45 a.m.
July 7: Outing to Main Event - 1:00 p.m.
July 28: Texas Rangers baseball game - 6:00 p.m.
July 31: Horseback riding and pool party at Midgleys' - 9:00 a.m.
CYF (completed grades 9-12)
June 23: Outing to play Whirlyball in Dallas - 12:30 p.m.
July 2: Trip to Granbury for movie at Brazos Drive-In - 7:30 p.m.
July 28: Texas Rangers baseball game - 6:00 p.m.
July 31: Dinner and ice skating in Arlington - 6:00 p.m.

Mission Trip Stock Sale ends this Sunday morning in the Gallery
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 This Sunday is the last opportunity to buy stock
in our youth mission trips at the table located in the Gallery. At $10 per share, the
stock helps reduce the cost of each trip for participating youth and earns an
invitation to a "shareholders luncheon" at the end of the summer to hear about
the trips. If you or your child can't make the trip, this is a great way to support youth missions and get an exclusive report about the trips afterward. Just stop by the table in the Gallery Sunday morning after either service or Sunday school.
