With the welcoming of Spring we are inspired towards a renewed sense of self. Like the birds building their nest, the trees budding and the flowers pushing through the earth in search of the sun; it is a season for renewing and a good time for cleansing our body. Through cleansing and detoxifying we wake up our cells, allowing us to feel rejuvenated and lightened.
Please give me a call and I can teach you how to go about a detox safely and effectively, to ensure you are on the right path towards wellbeing. In the meantime, please follow these links to educate yourself on how toxins affect your health.

It's not only what we put into our bodies that we have to watch, it's also what we put on our bodies, as our hair and skin also have a bearing on our health. Please take a moment to find out how safe your cosmetics are: http://www.cosmeticsdatabase.com
I was grateful to receive this link: http://www.storyofstuff.com/index.html It is 20 minutes long. I advise you to take the time to watch it, maybe instead of renting a movie this coming weekend, sit down and enjoy! While it's not exactly about detoxing, it is related. We all have too much stuff, the clutter in our homes reflects the clutter in our bodies. With this, I urge you to rethink all your purchases, ask your self, do I really need this? Is it useful to me? Is this something I can get second-hand? Can it replace something I already have so as not to add more clutter? What impact does this product (or in the making of) cause to our sensitive environment and do I want to be a part of it?
