Enjoy this healthy, easy to prepare holiday treat!
 
Dried Fruit Balls
 
1       cup pitted dates
1/4  cup walnuts
1/4  cup rolled oats  (not   Instant)
1/4  cup cocoa or carob   powder
 
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until thoroughly combined.
Mixture should resemble a lumpy paste.  With slightly wet hands, roll into walnut sized balls.  Place on waxed paper on a tray.  Freeze until firm.  Store in baggies in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
