Ed WhiteThe sport of football requires the athlete to incorporate all aspects of fitness from speed and power to flexibility and coordination.  In the off-season, football players must train to improve all aspects of fitness and apply them to the demands the sports puts on their body.  The most popular aspect of fitness football player's focus on in the off-season is strength and power.  The weight room is a place where kids can help themselves get better but it can also be a place where an athlete can end their season early through injury if the proper techniques and methods are not applied to meet the demands the sport puts on them. 
 
Re-Introducing our Saturday AM bootcamp!
BootcampOur Saturday morning bootcamp is sure to get your blood pumping and help you start the Saturday off right!  With a combination of the CrossFit method using Kettlebells, agility drills and other various exercises, BootCamp will improve muscular strength, endurance and shread off the pounds!  Join Shane Miller, CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Certified and Davon "Haas" Sims, CrossFit Level 1 Certified Saturdays at 8 AM for $20 drop-in fee or CrossFit enrollment!
Perfect time for Saturday Speed & Agility!
Speed & AgilityThe new year is the perfect time to focus on improving speed, agility, and quickness as well as learning technique on the Combine Events (40 and 60 yard dash, 20 yard shuttle etc.)!  Participants of our weekly Speed & Agility class will meet at Athlete's Arena Saturday's at noon for $20 drop-in rate and as a supplement to weekly training at Athlete's Arena.
