Featured Testimonial My 15 year old son has been working out twice a week at Athletes Arena for approximately three months now. He's 6'2" 248 lbs. I have truly seen a great improvement in his over all body build, his walk, his confidence, his attitude, and most importantly his grades in school. He's tried martial arts and other personal trainers but neither one has grabbed his total attention like Athletes Arena. He looks forward to going each week, and if it were up to him, everyday. The trainers are very knowledgeable, and command respect in a gentle way. I highly recommend Athletes Arena for your child (male or female); this is money well spent.
