Join us as we close our doors with a two-day flurry of fun and festivity at the See Ya Later, Alligator! Farewell Party.It's your chance for one last nostalgic slide down the giant oak tree, or to bid adieu to departing passengers from the vintage train station. Capture the moment with one final news broadcast from the TV studio, or dig up some classic museum fun with the much-loved back hoe.Snap up some yummy snacks, then catch some entertainment as some of our favourite guest performers return for one last show in the museum that we know and love. All children will receive a free goodie bag, as well as the chance to make their own alligator craft to take home as a souvenir. Or, if you prefer, enter to win 1 of 25 stuffed Loveable Creations® alligators each night. With activities, performances, and decorations galore, you won't want to miss your LAST chance to experience the Manitoba Children's Museum before we temporarily close for major renovations as part of our Under Construction Capital Campaign.Special guests and attractions include:- Mix and mingle with live reptiles from Westman Reptile Gardens & Winnipeg Reptiles - including a real alligator!
- Watch Chris Madden juggle fire in the courtyard (weather permitting)
- Be spellbound by the magic of Evan Morgan
- Stop and say hi to the Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches
