Join us for our newest event, Top Hats & Tiaras, where, for the first year ever, we will be ringing in the New Year at noon!

Kids are encouraged to dress up in formal clothes like mom and dad for an afternoon out on the town.

Enjoy snacks, entertainment, special activities and a balloon drop at noon!

Cookies with SantaOn Monday, December 14 join us for a special Mini Monday holiday event - Cookies with Santa!

Come as early as 10:00AM to create a holiday-themed craft in the Foyer, then help us welcome our special guest - Santa, when he arrives to meet and mingle with Mini Monday guests at 10:45AM and 12:45PM!

Visitors can then follow Santa upstairs for a special story time in Eaton's Santa's Village where all will share in a tasty treat of cookies and hot chocolate!

Free with museum admission.

Come explore a Winnipeg holiday tradition!

The Manitoba Children's Museum is pleased to be the home of the last original Eaton's Santa's Village display from the ninth floor annex of Eaton's Downtown Store - fully restored and open to the public for a limited time only!

From now until January 10, visitors of all ages will be enthralled with the spirit of the season invoked by fifteen fun, fairytale vignettes, including classics like Cinderella, Humpty Dumpty, Three Blind Mice and more. A visit to Santa's Village is a holiday experience for all generations.

santa lapOur holiday hearth makes a perfect backdrop for capturing some holiday memories.

On Saturday and Sunday afternoons throughout the holiday season, Santa will be available for photographs at the Manitoba Children's Museum in Eaton's Santa's Village.

Photos available every Saturday & Sunday from 12:00PM - 4:00PM from now until December 20.

Your letter to Santa can be dropped off at Santa's North Pole Mailbox during your next visit to the Manitoba Children's Museum, or mail it for free (courtesy of Canada Post) at a mailbox near you.
