Come join Dr Shoshanna as we learn how to meet the Disowned Self and bring her back to life

Within each of us is a disowned self, a part we are hiding from that has not yet fully come to life. This disowned self has the beauty and power to make our lives full and complete. Why do we keep her under wraps? What does she really need from us? How did it happen that which we sdeek fervently in others is buried deep within ourselves?

Where is the Disowned Self hiding?

How can we access her now and allow her into our life?

In the workshop we learn and practice steps in waking up this part of ourselves and discovering the enormous gifts, energy and joy she has to bring.
