In the unique setting of The Zen Mountain Monastery Dr. Shoshanna will lead participants through an exploration in building life-giving relationships. Viewing relationships as practice we look at ways of coping with the usual trouble spots - from miscommunication, insecurity and boredom to jealousy, betrayal, lies and rejection.

Through a series of simple exercises, we'll practice suspending judgment, becoming vulnerable and embracing the world as full of possibility.
