Go North on Glen Cove Road

Pass Northern Blvd. 25A

At third light after Northern Blvd turn Left at the Barron Nissan Car Dealership

Go under the railroad tressle and turn Left at the stop sign

You will soon be on Bryant Avenue

Pass 2 stop signs and you will see Bryant Avenue on the Left.

Park on the street.

The practice of Zen and Judaism are like two wings of a bird. Both are needed to fly. During the afternoon, we will learn about the ways in which Zen and Jewish practice nourish and strengthen one another. We will also discover ways of integrating these healing practices into our everyday lives.

The workshop will include:

Zazen, (Zen meditation with instruction)

Torah Study -Principles of Judaism:

Mitzvot - what are they really?

Discussion and specific steps and guidelines.

About Dr. Shoshanna:

Dr.Shoshanna is a psychologist, speaker, author and long term practitioner of both Zen and Judaism.
