Reaching Out To Women In Corby, Northants (UK)
Gladys Famoriyo spoke to an audience of women in Corby about the impact of unresolved issues in the lives of women. Gladys used her concept of the ten Female Hybrid Types (mentioned in her book) to emphasize the impact of our emotional baggage has on our attitudes, beliefs and behaviours. Quick Success Tip
Develop Women From The Inside Out

Frequently, I am asked by groups and organisations,  what works when it comes to empowering, developing and advancing women. After 13 years in the field, my answer is simply this: develop them from the inside out. Rather than focusing your efforts on changing their behaviours directly, coach and support them in making internal shifts in their attitudes and beliefs. This is key because our attitudes and beliefs underpin our behaviours. However, once the individual makes the necessary shifts, sooner or later, this is reflected in modified behaviours. From my experience, adopting this approach tends to yield lasting change which promotes personal growth and success.
