Greetings!

At last, our long awaited eWoman Groups has arrived. And as someone who has registered an interest in this initiative, I am writing to you about getting involved.

Below is some information about eWoman Groups. As you can imagine, this is a huge project and we are currently looking for passionate women to help us make our vision a reality. We are hoping to raise an army of trained volunteers, worldwide, to help us make emotional wellbeing a reality in the lives of women - especially, those who need it the most. See below for how you can get involved with eWoman Groups.

And just in case you would like to help us in other ways, please feel free to drop me an email of what you would like to do,

Thank you, in advance, for your support. I look forward to hearing from you.

MEET - SHARE - LEARN

eWoman Groups is an exciting new initiative aimed at promoting emotional wellbeing, whilst developing women at the same time. eWoman Groups are supportive forums, built on trust, where like-minded women gather to share experiences, be heard and gain strategies to live emotionally healthy lives. Simply put, it's about getting women to talk about their real life issues (past and present) and take personal responsibility in managing their own wellbeing.

But it is not just about talking. It is about moving women forward.

To aid this, women in the group work through the inspiring, coaching book, Overcoming Emotional Baggage: A Woman's Guide To Living The Abundant Life (Gladys Famoriyo ISBN 0-924748-73-7) and related resources with the help of a group facilitator. As a result of being part of our eWoman Groups, we believe women will be in a better position to manage their emotional wellbeing effectively.
