| IBA Annual Business Conference
Dear Balloon Industry Member,
The 2010 IBA Annual Business Conference titled, "I'm Going to Disney...Are You?", will be a dynamic event to help grow your business whether you are a Manufacturer, Distributor, Retailer, Decorator, or Entertainer. This conference promises to be the BEST EVER featuring a one-day Disney Institute workshop titled, Disney's Approach to Leadership Excellence where attendees will learn how to apply the strategies that Disney leaders use to foster individual leadership responsibility across the organization. The workshop also includes an exclusive behind-the-scenes "living laboratory" tour of one of the Disney Theme Parks and Resorts where Disney will show us an example of how they have applied these strategies within their own organization. Other activities include the Manufacturers' Showcase Hopper; an exclusive IBA event where manufacturers and distributors meet one-on-one by appointment at the best networking opportunity in the industry. | Registration:
Registration fee of $775 per person for IBA Members (by August 1) and $849 (after August 1) includes:
- Two dbl/dbl (Queen) rooming nights at Disney's BoardWalk Resort
- Disney's Approach to Leadership Excellence One-Day Workshop
- Field Experience to Disney Theme Park or Resort
- Manufacturers' Hopper
- IBA Inter-Industry Program and Business Meeting
- Dinner at Epcot in the Living Seas Salon
- Dessert at the nighttime spectacular, Illuminations: Reflections of Earth
- One Lunch/Two Breakfasts
- Disney's Magical Express Transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport to Disney's BoardWalk Resort
To register for additional rooming nights 3 days before and up to 3 days after at the IBA negotiated rate of $149 per night, you must first register for the Conference. After Conference registration is confirmed with Disney you will receive access to a special web site and a phone number. At this time you can make arrangements for additional room nights, purchase Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park tickets at the Conference rate, and make reservations on Disney's Magical Express Transportation. Suites are also available for $349 per night.
