Come join the fun at the admission-free Christkindlmarkt fashioned after German Christmas Markets which herald in the Christmas Season.  You will find Food and Craft Vendors in the Festhalle offering a variety of specialty items for holiday shopping, Live Entertainment, and a Lantern Booth for children. Also a Craft Workshop is available for children at the Grange Hall. Join in the Welcoming Ceremony at the Gazebo in downtown Leavenworth Friday and Saturday evening where a carriage delivers St. Nicholas, Mr. & Mrs. Santa Claus and the Christkind who will lead the Children's Lantern Parade back to the Festhalle.  Visit Leavenworth in all its splendor with their sparkling holiday lights.  This is Projekt Bayern's gift to the community.
