BEFORE HOURS WITH STARBUCKS!
We are excited that our August 7th "NETWORKing in the MORNing" 'before hours' program will be held at Starbucks in Carol Stream, located at the SE corner of North Avenue and Schmale (596 E. North Ave).

This gathering gives members a great opportunity to meet before they start their business day. One thing that sets this event apart is the face-to-face Accelerated Networking we finish off with. We thank Tammie Trombetta and her staff in advance for hosting us. Sign up for the August 7th, 7:30am event. 
WOMEN IN BUSINESS EXPO

We are busy in the chamber office, getting ready for the  6th annual "What Women Want" Expo on Saturday, September 22, from 10am-3pm. This is one of our two B-to-C expos which puts you right in front of the public. Click here for the expo application.

 

This event is all about Chocolate, Shopping, Pampering, and Inspiration. A portion of the proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Awareness.

 

We are finalizing the SPONSORS who will have their names on the beautiful, glossy pink  postcards. If you'd like to have a booth and be an event sponsor ($250) let us know before July 15th. Members can have a table ($75) or sponsor a flyer for the goodie bags ($25). This sort of visibility can jump start some fall marketing.

 

 NEW PROGRAM @ LUNCH 

New to the Carol Stream Chamber is the program we call Brown Bag Lunch N' Learn. These events will be held at COD/Carol Stream every other month, beginning August 23rd from 11:30-1. Unlike regular luncheons, the program will BEGIN at 11:30. Cost is $10 and we will provide beverages. Our first speaker will be Rich Becker who will cover "Networking Your Way to Success", with all the details on this page.
