THIS JUST IN...OPEN HOUSE/RIBBON CUTTING THIS SATURDAY

One of the newest businesses in Carol Stream, Cabinets & Granite Direct, is planning a Saturday, May 5th, Open House and Ribbon Cutting. The hours of the Open House are 4-8pm, but the Ribbon Cutting will be at 5pm. Come on out, view the giant chamber scissors and welcome this new member to the chamber, and to the business community.

STATE OF THE VILLAGE ON MAY 9TH

The Carol Stream Chamber will host Mayor Frank Saverino and the Village staff for the annual "State of the Village" on Wednesday, May 9th from 11:30am-1pm at the Holiday Inn & Suites. At this writing we have almost 80 in attendance -- this is one of our most popular events!

PAYING BY CREDIT CARD FOR LUNCHEON?

Have you ever been at a luncheon and the line is backed up with credit card processing? Do you use your credit card to pay? One solution is to register AND pay online. We are not asking that everyone pay by credit card, but if credit card is your choice of payment, please consider making the payment when you make the reservation. We thank you for that!

FORE!! GOLF OUTING JUNE 12th, 2012

Sign up now for the 23rd annual CHAMBER GOLF "CLASSIC" at Arrowhead in Wheaton on Tuesday, June 12th. NEW this year - 1st Annual Carol Stream Chamber Steak Fry that evening following the golf. We'd like to think of it as Turf...and Turf!

Even if you don't golf, the event can be very beneficial to you and your business. Putting your name down as a sponsor gets you front and center for all those in attendance that day, as well as on the website. Volunteers have the opportunity to get to know fellow chamber members and build relationships. Can we count on you? This is the biggest and grandest of the chamber fundraisers....will you be a: Sponsor.....Donor....Golfer...Dinner

The next Women In Business luncheon will be June 27th. The exciting and informative Vickie Austin of Choices Worldwide will be presenting "Time Management With a Twist". It will be held at the very beautiful Windsor Park. Have you been inside and seen it? We have held numerous events there and are always thrilled.
