LUNCHEON NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES THIS MONTH | | Chamber members have the chance to attend three -- count 'em 1-2-3 luncheons in January! It's all special this month, nothing regular about January.
Our 'usual' luncheon is unusually good because it's a  Multi-chamber Progressive on Wednesday, January 18th at Bloomingdale Golf Club. Progressive = moving around to three tables in all during the lunch. There will be SIX chambers-worth of people at this event and remember to arrive early. The registration will open at 11am and the event will begin at 11:30. Bring flyers or handouts for a brochure table, if you like. For more info and to register online click here...,
Before this progressive luncheon, we have a special event which includes a FREE lunch for chamber members. Thursday, January 12th will be our Booth Camp where attendees can visit an expo, have a bite to eat and here two great speakers about the 'do's' and 'don'ts' of having an exhibitor table. It's all gearing up for the Feb. 10th Five Star Business Expo, the 16th annual B2B expo at Hilton Chicago/Indian Lakes.  Another luncheon opportunity is at the January 25th, Women In Business Luncheon, held at Morgan's Charhouse from 11:30-1. Our speaker, Kathleen Cantwell, will present "Change For the Better". | R O C S ! |  Our chamber offers members a LEADS GROUP known as ROCS - Referral Organization of Carol Stream. What a great opportunity to expose others to your businesses through this leads group. ROCS meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, at the wonderful Mapleberry Pancake House, 1274 Kuhn Road in Carol Stream. The group meets from 7:45am till 9am.  We'll start our New Year of After Hours off with a bang -- at a great venue where we have had successful gatherings in the past, John & Tony's Italian Steakhouse Restaurant.
An After Hours, if you've never attended one, is a very casually-structured event, unlike our luncheons which have more of a schedule to follow. Come late, leave early, come on time, stay the entire time -- as you choose. Just be sure to bring business cards and find out what other attendees' business is.
