Monthly Luncheon -- The Future of Transportation |

When I hear 'transportation' and 'the year 2030' I
picture George Jetson in his space vehicle on his way
to Spacely Sprockets. Even if your Microsoft Outlook
calendar doesn't take you to 2030, it will be here all
too soon. Who plans that far ahead? The Chicago
Area Transportation Study (CATS) does and they will
share with us
their information and take back our input to learn
where transportation is heading.
Our November luncheon on Wednesday, November
9th, is co-sponsored by CATS and will feature
speakers from PACE, IDOT and others speaking to
transportation issues locally.
Not only informational, this luncheon will be a
networking opportunity with Chamber members and
visitors, too. Due to the topic, we are inviting non-
member businesses in Carol Stream, along with local
officials.
Special pricing this month is $10 for CS

the Carol Stream Chamber Women In
Business by attending the luncheon on Tuesday,
November 15th at 11:30-1:30pm at Indian Lakes.
Registration begins at 11:15. Join us to hear speaker
