Beth has been a BVD Member since 1987. She has generously volunteered and served as a BVD Board Member for many years, fulfilling multiple roles as the treasurer and mentor.
Many of you may recognize Beth as a Judge that you have ridden before in a horse show. As a USDF "L" Judge, Beth is active in judging RMDS recognized shows and many Boulder County schooling shows.
Her combined experience as a BVD Board Member, RMDS Judge and Show
Secretary, along with her administrative role as the Manager of the RMDS
Central Office, have distinguished Beth as the "go-to" person for answers when questions arise or advice is needed.
Along with her Dutch Gelding Matador, that she has owned and trained since he was a 3 year old and is now 17, Beth has climbed the levels and achieved her USDF Bronze Medal in 2001. The pair performed their first Prix St. Georges test in 2009 at ages 65 and 15. Beth was awarded her USDF Silver Medal in 2010.
Keep an eye out this show season for Beth and Matador in the ring and take the opportunity to say hello and thanks for giving so much to BVD and the dressage community!

Triple Creek Ranch's Dressage
Schooling Show Series a Success
Thank you to Triple Creek Ranch for hosting Dressage Schooling Shows in February, March and April.
Each show offered a chance for early season schooling in both Classical and Western Dressage. Entertaining demonstrations were featured at each show by Western Dressage Riders Donna Baxter and Lynn Hindman and at April's show a Quadrille performance by the West Winds Equestrian Dance Company riders Sara Wolfe, Courtney Williams, Claudia Barkmeier and Maria Wasson.
