Those attributes of professionalism, strong leadership and organizational skills that served Brian so well in his former career, have immediately become an asset to our company. Although the account Brian manages is one of our oldest, he has managed to develop the closest and most effective working relationship we have ever enjoyed with the client. Through weekly meetings with our client's key management staff and maintaining constant lines of communication, Brian insures that our Security Force's efforts parallel our client's visions.
As an administrator, Brian has streamlined our operations. Most recently Brian transitioned our staff to a new incident reporting system, and a web-based scheduling and attendance systems. The new reporting system allowed our staff to move from a fee-based software, to our client's in-house proprietary system. The newly implemented scheduling and attendance system has greatly reduced attendance issues, as well as overtime costs. Through this system, employees are able to request days off, make sick notifications and put in for open shifts remotely via computer or smartphone. Brian is also able to quickly muster additional personnel should our client have a special need, such as the recent hurricane and winter storm we experienced at the site.
These are just a few of the ways Brian Cantwell has made an impact, and we are sure more good things are to come. Only through the committed efforts of people like Brian, can we deliver the high quality of service our clients have come to expect of Atlas Security Services.
