Reel Bounty is On a Roll
 Tony Annan and the crew of the Reel Bounty recently took 3rd place in the Cajun Canyon Billfish Classic with a 461 pound Blue Marlin. They also took 3rd place Dorado in the Mississippi Gulf Coast Billfish Classic. Congratulations guys! |

News from The Billfish Foundation
 The National Marine Fisheries Service is currently evaluating Amendment 7 of the Highly Migratory Species Fishery Management Plan (HMS FMP) which deals with the Atlantic bluefin tuna (BFT). The goal of examining the existing management measures is to provide flexibility for future management plans and to ensure the sustainable use of the resource. To read the entire article, Click here.

Texas Division -Pat Wallace's Tres Ninos is still leading the Top Private Boat category with Brandon Perthuis' Chase This in close second. Brandon Perthuis is tied with Reece Wallace for Top Male Angler. Cheryl Glendening and Lisa King are tied for first place Top Female Angler and Top Wahoo belongs to Tom Pattillo with a 81 pound catch.
International Division - J.W. and Patricia Bones' Mojo is still leading the Top Private Boat category with an incredible 35,300 points. Buddy Schultz' boat Gotcha is in second place with 20,800 points. Bob Henderson is now leading the Top Male Angler category with 8,400 points, Rob Cromie is in second place with 4,100 points and Buddy Schultz is running a close third place with 3,900 points. Pat Bones is leading the Top Female Angler category with 14,600 points with Joanne Kolius in second place with 2,400 points. Top Blue Marlin belongs to Tony Annan with his recent 461# catch at the Cajun Canyon Billfish Classic.
Potential Club Record...? Michael Thorn-Leeson released 6 Blue Marlin in one day of fishing in the Cape Verde Islands. Congratulations Michael!
