Directors' Note

The launch party was a huge success! More than 200 people came, danced, ate, talked, learned and more! Yet, as amazing, fun, celebratory, successful, and exciting as it was, that evening was not an end in itself, but a kick off to all those future accomplishments we have yet to realize. We posed a question: "The Purple Crayon-Where will it take you?" Have you given it any thought? The invitation still stands.

A sincere and heartfelt thank you to all of you who were present (in body and in spirit), and an equally sincere and heartfelt request that you bring your ideas, thoughts, possibilities, to The Purple Crayon--you know, that great idea you always carry around but never can act on alone, that class you always wanted to take but never found, that next step you need a boost to take, that inspiration that won't get out of your head but you don't know how to execute. We are working like crazy to accomplish our goals; how can we help you accomplish yours?
