Landon Cassill is very excited to race this weekend in his first Daytona 500 Cup Race.  He will be driving the #83 BK Racing Toyota for this all new Burger King Racing Team!

We are all looking forward to Landon having the opportunity to race the whole season this year!  The Burger King Racing Team purchased assets from the former Red Bull racing team.

More exciting news... Roger Cassill will be his spotter! And, for the big race, Landon has flown his  Uncle Jay Cassill down to share this weekend as well!

This will be an exciting event - we encourage you to tune in to the race this Sunday - and follow the fun on our Facebook page as well!

Tip #17
How do I get the winter muck out of my vehicle?

With the hope that this will be the final snowfall of the season, it is time to start thinking about getting your car ready for spring.  One of the first things you can do is get the winter grime out.  Here are a few tips:

Carpets:  Start with a good vacuum.  For a deeper scrubbing, a good cleaner to use would be the same cleaner you would use in a carpet machine in your house.  Jay suggests Bissell Carpet Shampoo.  It rinses well and doesn't leave a residue.  **Keep in mind, if you are getting the carpets wet, you must make sure they get fully dry as well.**  Put a fan on the carpets for as long as possible.  You can also open windows a few inches on one side of the vehicle, and just a crack on the other side.  This helps the air to circulate throughout the vehicle.

Dash, door jam, kick plates, consoles:   This may surprise you...
Dow Bathroom Cleaner is the cleaner of choice!  It is gentle enough to remove the dirt without damaging the surface.  If you are going to use Armor All, look for the less shiny version - as this will not attract as much dust in the future.

Windows:  RainX on the outside of the windows is always a good idea.  I love the way it makes the water just slide off!  Reapply this every season, or as needed in-between.  You can clean the inside of the windows with your favorite glass cleaner.

Leather Seats:  Use the change of season as a reminder that you need to condition your seats.  There is a simple leather wipe available that will make this an easy job - and will keep your seats looking nice!  Pay close attention to the area of the seat that is rubbed when you get in and out of the vehicle.

Remember:  Keeping your vehicle clean can earn you $$ when it is time to trade!
