I had heard about the incredible benefits of Meditation and how it supports our overall health and wellbeing.
In fact, studies have shown the incredible impact meditation can have in relieving stress and healing the body.
But... after many different attempts over the years, I finally just realized that I was one of those people that had a difficult time just 'sitting and meditating'.
That is, until I learned "A Different Way of Meditating".
Just Be-ing with these sentient beings provides a sense
of peace, like deep meditation, allowing you to quiet your mind. When
you quiet your mind you stop thought; when you stop thought you stop
resistance; when you stop resistance... you are in a state of
allowing.... Then clarity and inner guidance can flow and you move
towards a life in balance.
The biofeedback horses provide, helps us learn how we can better manage our energy patterns during human interactions in life. The physiological effects include lowered blood pressure and heart rate, increased beta-endorphin levels, decreased stress levels, reduced feelings of anger, tension and anxiety, improved personal relationships, trust, patience and self-esteem.
Try just sitting with a horse and clearing your mind... let go of 'Doing', and open to the world they have to offer when we can just 'Be'...
