Greetings!
This week's edition is about Diane's journey and her first reaction to the heart entrainment that happens when we open ourselves to a non-dominance relationship with horses.
Diane's is a heartwarming story of one woman who learned to listen-within, following her heart through her sadness, opening to the lessons from the horses and learning how to find her own reservoir of joy!
Some of our stories will be shared in parts, as each person grows over a period of time with multiple workshops and experiences with the horses.

"I was studying to become a Life Coach and part of that process was coming up with our #1 goal...
With that goal in mind we could ask ourselves, "Does this, (fill in the blank), move me in the direction of my goal?" If the answer was no, then don't bother, but if it was a yes, do it!
Several months later I found myself leafing through the New Life Journal and saw an article about a workshop at Epona Ridge.
All I remember was that it mentioned horses and Law of Attraction, two things I loved. I asked myself the question, and I got a big YES!
My first Epona Ridge workshop
The first day of the workshop... I walked over to Cierba's stall, she is a big bay mare and she was eating her hay.
I stood stood so close I could hear her chewing and then the tears just came... I had never had that experience before and I quickly looked around at the others that were there, no one else was crying and I wondered what had just happened to me.
As I talked about my experience, I realized that I missed my connection with horses. At least that is what I thought it was all about at the time, but I was soon to learn it was that, and SO much more.
It was the beginning of my journey, and I found that I was able to "hear" things much easier from a horse than I ever could from a person..."
