Feature Article: The 3rd Key

Greetings!

What you see isn't always what you get, but what you think is...

Have you ever been with someone or gone somewhere new and expect something different than what you think you see?  How quickly do we judge a situation as good or bad?

Now I am pondering... how much of that is in our minds?

ALL OF IT!

If we think and then feel, then our experience (feeling) is because of our focus. Consequently, if our feeling is 'bad' then our experience  is a product of our "unintentional intention".

Now here is the next question: if I don't like what I am feeling, which is always because of what I am thinking, how quickly can I change my experience?

IMMEDIATELY!

There is more in the articles section of each newsletter.  In this issue we are on the 3rd  key to an inspired life.  ENJOY!

I am deeply appreciative that you are joining me in this wonderful journey, listening within and finding the life we are meant to live! We hope you can join us for a workshop this year and please remember to send this on to anyone you feel might enjoy and benefit from these programs.

Thank you so much for your support.  As always, I love hearing from you!

With Warmest Regards,

Finding the 'Me' I Want to Be
Sharing the Journey (Husband and Wife)

Liz at Epona Ridge
"What a difference a year makes!!!!! Thanks for being in our lives and helping us to unravel the mess we had when we appeared on your doorstep last January.

We are now free from those self imposed nooses around our necks ... 2009 was truly a remarkable year of positive change.

It was a great opportunity to really access how we  have been living and how we would like to be living in the future...

I am much more aware of body language and reactions that have helped me discuss them instead of shut down.

I was laying in bed last night picturing a calm and safe place....what came up for me was your meeting room with a clear view out to the barn....Your have created such a special place for people to come and feel the calm and healing energy

Thanks for preparing us
(Mentorship Program), I am thankful for this experience as it helped me to be in my heart and made me aware of just how much you have prepared us to facilitate others.

You have given us all a wonderful gift!"

Choosing What We Pay Attention To ...

The 3rd Key to Living a Joy-Filled Life!
Barbara in gratitude

Why are some people able to stay connected to their inspiration? Why do these people have joy-filled and abundant lives?

In other words, why do some people easily flow through life and seem to be living their dream?  How did they find their inspiration and their keys to a fulfilled life?

  • Because inspired people pay attention to what they are thinking about!

What if what you are thinking makes you feel bad?  It is FOR CERTAIN that it is NOT ALIGNED with your inner wisdom or personal truth.

We cannot change others, but we can change our thinking, and in doing so, we can CHANGE OUR EXPERIENCE OF LIFE through controlling what we focus on.

Like most of us, you may be tuned into tape loops from the past which are laced with what you should have done, could have done, and aren't good enough to do...

Try a little experiment and just notice what you are thinking throughout a day, make a note of it hourly if you can.  You may be surprised at what you have chosen to focus on unintentionally.

Are you creating 'unintentional intentions'?

If what you are thinking/feeling is 'bad', then you are creating 'unintentional intentions' and this is where many people get stuck.

You can take the steps to clean up that discomfort.  Think about what you DO want, instead of what you don't want.

Now try this experiment, whenever you are queued by a 'bad' feeling, know that it is your body's way of talking to you.  It is saying that you need to change the experience of what you are focusing on.

When this happens, discipline your mind to stop and create a new vision
of what you want to happen.  Then listen-within, until you feel your way in the direction of your bliss.

If you master this process, it will feel like a great sense of relief.  It takes practice so don't give up, it is more than worth it because it can make all the difference in your world!

When we are able to reach this state of Being, the true magic of creativity and inspiration is born!

Abraham-Hicks is a great source to support the practice and discipline of thinking in a way that improves our overall experience of life.  They have become part of my daily self-care routine!
