This is an election for a President-Elect that represents the membership on all levels of REALTORŪ Associations, Councils, Division, and Affiliates.
I endorse James Elcock because I believe he has a vision for the Association and has already proven his willingness to serve at the Local, State, and National Associations. He increased the goals of previous leaders to make the Commercial Division a strong entity, he is a national certified educator, serves as committee co-chair and member, and has numerous affiliations with community organizations and charities. He understands the importance of keeping strong communities - it benefits not only the citizens - it also benefits YOU in the real estate industry.
We are fortunate to have other candidates that can fill the elected positions in the future - I believe this is the time for James Elcock - he is qualified to lead us into the future.
As an Association Past President, I know the significance of a leader who can represent our members at the State and National Associations. It serves our Association for our leaders to have credibility and integrity. In my opinion, James' accomplishments provide an avenue to go beyond the fear of limitations.
