We are pleased to report that KAMMANN has successfully completed the restructuring procedure and continues its business as of April 1st, 2010 under the name of
KAMMANN MASCHINENBAU GmbH
PERUSA, a German private equity firm located in Munich, and the existing management purchased the tangible and intangible assets from WERNER KAMMANN MASCHINENFABRIK GmbH & Co. KG and will continue to maintain the four core businesses "Optical Disc", "Container", "Web" and "Service and Parts". The new KAMMANN MASCHINENBAU GmbH has emerged as a leaner, financially stronger company and is positioned to allow for continuous growth. PERUSA is known for specializing in long-term investments, we consider PERUSA to be the perfect partner for a company like KAMMANN. We are happy to have them onboard.
KAMMANN's success has always been based on innovative German machine engineering and a strong worldwide service organization. The new KAMMANN will remain absolutely true to its tradition.
