Dear BBB Accredited Business,

 

Did you know that September is National Courtesy Month? Well it is and the BBB is encouraging businesses to take a look at the customer service they provide and make sure you are doing what it takes to provide great customer service. After all, that's what makes consumers return to your place of business a second or third time!

 

Here in South Louisiana we are all accustomed to  hurricanes, but do we really know what prepartions are necessary to face a storm? September is National Preparedness Month and the BBB brings you some tips on what to do before, after & during a storm.

The names of prominent banks, such as Bank of America and Wells Fargo, are fraudulently being used in an attempt to steal consumers personal information. Better Business Bureau
 reminds consumers to never provide personal information to anyone you do not know.
