Dear BBB Accredited Business,

As we enter into the Fall season, and the temperatures finally start to cool off in Southeast Louisiana, we present an item that is high on the list of consumer inquiries to the Better Business Bureau - the FTC's Cooling-Off Rule. "I've bought a ______ and I don't want it!  What can I do?" We provide some information on just what does and doesn't qualify. 

Also, important in the months immediately preceding the holidays, we present information on a time-tested marketplace practice - the layaway system.  With many people still hurting the economy, this traditional method of payment and purchases has become popular once again.

Our third article attempts to take the scare out of bedbugs and the trouble they can cause.  We have an article on how to choose an appropriate pest control professional to help rid your home or business from these pests.

Bedbugs are tough and are a tough problem to get rid of. Better Business Bureau recommends doing your research to find a pest control company you can trust to get the job done efficiently.
