Dear BBB Accredited Business,

Summer is almost over and with some students starting college, we offer an article on keeping your identity secure on campus. At another end of the spectrum, we have an article that warns about five different scams that target seniors.  Many of the same issues faced by seniors and students are appropriate for all consumers. The advice in these two articles is beneficial to all. 

Also, BBB recently assisted in a story that aired on the Fox 8 News. The story involved door-to-door salesmen who prompted consumers to change their home alarm company, frequently using false information. Since door-to-door sales can frequently present an intimidating situation, we offer tips for dealing with door-to-door sales.

Knowing that door-to-door sales can sometimes present an intimidating situation, the BBB offers the following advice for dealing with door-to-door sales situations.
