Dear BBB Accredited Business,

Happy Holidays and welcome to the December 2009 edition of the Better Business Bureau Bulletin. In the last issue of 2009, we hope to offer you several informative articles which should help you to Start With Trust during the holiday season.  The first is advice on refunds and exchanges should you find yourself with a present you need to return.  The second proposes 5 important questions you should ask before giving to a charity, and the third is about being safe when buying online.  Finally, we include a business-oriented article outlining tips on customer service which should help your business to be more consumer friendly.

If you should need to check company reliability reports during the holidays please go to www.bbb.org, or m.bbb.org on your mobile device.

Always remember that your company's correct information is of critical importance to us, so contact us to correct any information that may be out of date, or incorrect.  We hope these articles are of timely importance, and are helpful to you and your business.  We thank you for your support of the Better Business Bureau, and wish you a wonderful holiday and a prosperous new year.

If not, many of us assume that our present can always be returned for a quick refund or easy exchange.  BBB reminds shoppers to know their return rights before making a purchase. Ask the store about its return policy. You will want to know if a customer or gift recipient can obtain a refund, a store credit, or exchange unwanted merchandise.
