Solair Introduces Awning
Installation Service for Retailers

GLEN RAVEN, NORTH CAROLINA

Solair Shade Solutions website introduces an exclusive service opportunity for patio retailers involved in the Solair awning program. For a reasonable fee, the new Solair White Glove service offers site confirmation, delivery and installation to afford retailers and homeowners a smooth, turnkey awning purchase experience.

"Through the Solair awning program, we are empowering retailers to differentiate themselves as problem solvers for homeowners looking to add flexibility, style and comfort to their outdoor spaces," said Rett Haigler, business manager of Solair. "The White Glove program gives retailers the confidence to sell a retractable awning by guaranteeing delivery and installation by experts."

The three service components are available a la carte through the White Glove service to meet each retailer's individual needs. During a white glove site confirmation, one of Solair's certified retractable awning installers will conduct a home visit to confirm the specifications of the awning selected and to identify any special installation circumstances that may need additional attention during ordering or installation.

Once an order is placed, white glove delivery is available that includes complete tracking visibility and product care throughout the transportation chain to ensure each awning arrives in perfect condition. Solair's customer service team then schedules white glove installation within four hours of delivery. Solair's white glove installation network has been trained to install and service retractable awnings anywhere in the United States.

"This new service allows homeowners to receive the added satisfaction of knowing their awning is properly installed by trained experts," said Haigler. "Once the installation is complete, our customer service team will follow up with the homeowner to verify the quality of their experience. Each installer must maintain a 95 percent satisfaction rating to retain their certification - a detail that Solair is proud to uphold."

The Solair retractable awning program offers a seamless, no-inventory and high-margin opportunity to provide the premier shade solution for consumers who desire to cool their outdoor spaces. Retailers involved in the program enjoy minimal up front costs and a high-quality product offering along with comprehensive sales and installation training. The White Glove service allows retailers who may not have access to qualified installers to experience the same great benefits, along with complete customer satisfaction.
