 1. "The Magic Doorway into the Divine" by Devrah Laval shows how we can overcome such challenges as personal and financial losses; relationship issues; physical, mental, and emotional health concerns; and spiritual emergencies - by simply applying God's Divine Love... which already resides inside each and every one of us, waiting to be rediscovered.

The principles, exercises, and stories in "The Magic Doorway into the Divine" can help you love and accept (and forgive) yourself and others unconditionally, avoid or overcome addictions, trust your own relationship with the divine (because you DO already have one), reclaim control over your life, achieve true peace of mind and spirit, and learn to use ALL of your emotions for the greater good (even those commonly considered "unacceptable").

"The Magic Doorway into the Divine" (and all the free gifts Devrah's friends have contributed for the book's big launch) is available HERE

Greetings!

The trees are turning colors here in the Berkshires and my yard is a beautiful painting by Mother Nature!

I love the brisk air, planting my garlic for next year, and watching the squirrels scramble around, hiding their nuts and seeds for winter storage.

Fall is a great time for outdoor physical activitys like walking, hiking, and biking. The summer humidity is gone, yet the severe cold of winter has not yet arrived.

This week I have a tip on preventing back pain during your fall hiking or biking adventure, a couple of book recommendations, announcements, and, of course, some jokes to make you laugh your way to better health!

Tip of the Week - Hiking and Your Back

women on bikes

When you hike or bike this week, notice how you are holding your head, and what your breathing sounds like.

One of the most common "bad for your back" mistakes that I see bikers and hikers make is related to posture and breathing.

In any activity like biking, hiking, walking, spinning, etc. you should begin by lifting your rib cage up toward your head. Not sticking it out in front of you, rather, lifting. When you do this, you'll notice that your stomach automatically pulls in, but your lower back has the lovely natural curve that we should keep while exercising.

This is MUCH better for your back than squeezing your gut in the way we were taught as kids. Try both ways and you'll see what I mean. Sucking your stomach in and holding it pushes your lower back out.

Raising your rib cage to stand tall, gives you great posture, more room for deep breathing and protects your lower back all at the same time. Now try to hold that position while walking/hiking/biking and you'll find that you can go farther and longer!

PEGGY McCOLL Is At It Again!

book

This message is for the exclusive benefit of anyone wanting to make their first (or next) million as quickly as humanly possible...

And maybe even end up co-authoring a book with four of the biggest names in the transformational field!

Now if only you could make a million look like "small potatoes", then achieving it would be "no big thing". Wouldn't you agree?

You see, the things we have the greatest difficulty with in life are, not surprisingly, those things we convince ourselves ARE difficult. After all...

Once you're dead-set on accepting ANY belief, your subconscious (or "unconscious") gets right to work, HARD work, usually - making certain it's true... for YOU.

So if YOU believe making a million is difficult, guess what - it WILL be.

That's why everyone's most difficult million - is their first. Because after that, they realize it WASN'T difficult after all, and they get right to work achieving their second, third, and twentieth million.

So it may be getting obvious to you by now that the greatest difficulty in creating, or "manifesting", a million, is BELIEVING it's not difficult at all. In other words:  MAKING A MILLION LOOK SMALL!

And that's exactly what FOUR of the GREATEST manifestors of personal change and wealth I know of - Bob Proctor, Peggy McColl, Gay Hendricks, and Mary Morrissey - are offering to show you how to do...

for FREE!

They're presenting this no-charge live online presentation (or "webinar") on

Tuesday, September 13th, 2011 at 9:00pm Eastern/6:00pm Pacific sharp!

And all you need to do to ensure you can get in, is reserve your spot before they're all gone. SIGN ME UP!

There are limited spots available for this incredible opportunity to learn from this absolute crème-de-la-crème of wealth-creation experts.

I'm going to be joining them for this, I hope you can, too!

A LITTLE HUMOR

A mother was struggling to get the ketchup out of the bottle when the phone rang. She asked her four year old daughter to answer it. She heard her daughter say, "Mommy can't come to the phone. She's hitting the bottle."

I was in a popular coffee shop yesterday when I suddenly realized I desperately needed to pass gas!

The music was really, really loud, so I timed my gas with the beat of the music.

After a couple of songs, I started to feel better. I finished my coffee, and suddenly noticed that everybody was staring at me...

That's when I remembered that I was listening to my iPod with headphones!
