It's Time
To Get Off The Hamster Wheel!
Just being in motion will never get you to your Big. To do that, you need to be sure you're doing the right things, in the right order, for the right reasons.
This seven-step system clarifies the activities that are mission-critical to your success. It then walks you through a process for creating step-by-step action plans to implement those key activities.
The result? You get off the hamster wheel of motion-without-progress and get on a more direct route to more clients and more money.
Forget about being busy; start getting focused by downloading your no-charge PDF version of the Take Action Now System (tm) today. |

Greetings!
There's a classic song that starts out: "People who need people are the luckiest people in the world."
I don't know about luckiest, but I do know that they're the most common. In other words, each and every one of us needs other people if we're going to Step Into Big.
Please don't think that I'm saying that the only way to achieve your Big is to have other people give it to you - far from it. I am saying that, while you're the engine that powers the car that travels down the road to the results you want,it's people around you - your clients, vendors, strategic allies, Mastermind buddies, and so forth - who keep that engine in tune and running powerfully.
None of us would have a business if we didn't have special services and skills that others are willing to pay for. All of us would struggle more if we didn't have the right people playing in our sandbox. And every single one of us owes it to herself or himself to develop and nurture relationships that support our growth and success.
As you look for more tools that help you Step Into Big, see how much further the following ones get you.

Tip of the Week
Observe people without judging.
This is a particularly challenging recommendation for many of us. Society often encourages us to think in terms of comparisons, black-and-white thinking, and judgments: "She disagrees with me, she must be 'bad'." The only consistent outcome this approach results in is conflict and ill will.
Instead, practice observing people's actions neutrally and without judgment. Save the evaluating for your own behaviors and the results you get from your own actions.

A Really Good Resource
You've heard me say it before: A Mastermind group is one of the best investments of time and money you can ever make in your business success.
Simply put, your Mastermind is there to challenge you, hold you accountable, brainstorm with you, celebrate with you, and support you.
An early mention of this resource is found in Napoleon Hill's classic, Think and Grow Rich , which I've cited before. You can also read about other people's experiences with this powerful business tool in this compilation of remarks.
If you decide you're interested in benefiting from a Mastermind group but don't necessarily want to be responsible for running one, give me a call or e-mail me; one of the services I offer is facilitating Mastermind groups.

How's This for Success?

Jeff Alvord, president of Express Track Fulfillment, knows how important it is to make sure that the right people are doing the right jobs for the right reasons.
Last year he took a good look at who was doing what. As a result of this evaluation, he delegated to others some tasks he'd been doing and focused more of his efforts on networking with his ideal prospects and strategic partners. The result? He's signed on three new clients so far this year - the same number he signed in all of 2011.

Thanks to my friend Flickr.
Here are this week's heroes who graciously allowed me to use their images, posted in the Creative Commons area of Flickr, in this issue of Stepping Into Big:

While your success starts with you, other people are certainly essential to the mix. That's where you come in.
For the second year in a row, I've been recognized with a Constant Contact All-Star Award; only 10% of Constant Contact's customers are so recognized for their connection to and engagement with their audience.
Thank you for being one of the reasons I get to display this:
(Of course, this would have looked even cooler if I'd been able to figure out how to get rid of the flippin' dotted outline. I'm just going to trust that you'll ignore it and focus on the graphic, instead.)
If you have so many ideas about connecting with prospects and growing your business that you're getting kind of wild eyed as you try to sort them all out, maybe I can help. Call or e-mail me to set up a free get-acquainted call, so we can figure out whether or not we're a fabulous match.
Wishing you a terrific time as you travel your path to Big...
