TopBBC Scholarship Recipient Book Signing
     
    The University of Miami's Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science, together with the Bahamas Marine EcoCentre and The Nature Conservancy, invite you to a book signing and art show featuring Islands of the Sun: a Tribute to the Northern Exuma Cays, Bahamas.

This spectacular book by two young University of Miami alumni, Bahamians John A. Thompson and BBC Scholarship recipient, Nikita Shiel-Rolle, tours the reader through the ecosystems of the central Bahamas, from the hilltops to the depths of the ocean. The book is an unprecedented fusion of science and art, which is guaranteed to fascinate and educate young and old alike. All proceeds from book sales support environmental educational activities of the Bahamas Marine EcoCentre. 

You are invited to this special evening which is free and open to the public, Thursday November 11, 2010, 6-9 pm, with welcoming remarks at 7 pm. North Grosvenor Bldg, Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science, 4600 Rickenbacker Cswy, Miami.
