So
we shall start the process. This time you will hold your palms in the
pranakriya three mudra. Mudra means posture. The index finger will touch the
base of the thumb. This is pranakriya three mudra.
From
this posture, you'll place [your hands] in
the middle of your thighs. Now, as I give out the teachings, you will repeat
them seven times as usual.
"Thoughts
are not mine."
"Mind
is not mine."
"This
body is not mine."
"All
things are happening automatically."
"There
is seeing but no seer."
"There
is thinking but no thinker."
"There
is listening but no listener."
"There
is doing but no doer."
"There
is no person there at all."
"I
am love."
"The
whole world is family."
Now,
the main process is going to be different. You will have to move into a very
happy state by altering your mental pictures if necessary, your emotions if
necessary, and your body posture if necessary. And you've got to be mobile.
Unless you're too tired or sick, you should now move into a dancing mode.
For
the next 49 minutes, you should be dancing as happily as possible. The body
should express it, the images flowing through your mind or consciousness must
express it, so also your breathing, and you'll be chanting "I am existence,
consciousness, bliss."
I
once again repeat, the chant is "I am existence, consciousness, bliss." What is
most important is your body language, your breath and the images that flow
through your consciousness. Be as happy as possible for the next 49 minutes.
After
which you will settle down and I'll be back on the screen giving you a Nayana
deeksha, an eye deeksha. For
those who have not got a breakthrough until now, you would get this
breakthrough today if you do it correctly.
