WEBCASTS WITH SRI BHAGAVAN

This week's broadcast did not have a teaching. Bhagavan immediately began the statements. So no notes this week for the broadcast.

Beginning with next week's webcast, all webcast links will only be available to Oneness certified trainers. Trainers may choose to send their links to Oneness Blessing Facilitators they will be working with. These Mukthi Webcasts can be hosted by Blessing Facilitators under the guidance of a trainer. Any Mutkthi Deeksha process outside of those done with the webcast with Bhagavan or 64 Deeksha Blessing processes must be facilitated by a Oneness Trainer.

Next webcasts:

Sunday   June 13    10 pm  IST
Sunday   June 20      9 am  IST

This is a social networking site to stay connected with others in the community and learn of events all over the world.

If you have questions about any of the Oneness processes, please direct them to a local trainer, blessing giver, country coordinator or your guide.

If someone is doing a Mukthi Deeksha for the first time as part of their initiation with the Oneness Awakening course, they can chant, "I am existence, consciousness, bliss." During stand-alone Mukthi Deekshas, they can chant "I am love," or the statement Bhagavan has used or one of the statements of their choosing.

Gratitude to Eric Eisen for the notes for these trainings.

Where can you find padukas? In case some of you are wanting to purchase padukas, I've found a few resources to share with you. Please do your own shopping and research as I have not ordered from any of these sources, so have no additional information. I've removed the option I had listed as #1 because of customer dissatisfaction with the product. We understand there are padukas now at GC2.

                                       -------
1) http://buyhandicraft.com/contact_us.php?action=success (The padukas pictured on the site are $300 and done by custom order. See the more economically priced can be seen in the gallery below:

Kunal Jaiswal is the contact. kunal.jaiswal@yahoo.com

Gallery Khadau I, II and III. The prices:

Khadau I - $30 per piece.
Khadau II - $35 per piece.
Khadau III - $40 per piece.

2) http://www.rudraksham.com
padukas are found under puja items. The brass and silver inlay charan padukas listed are 6" and the "large" are 10".  The quality seems adequate, and the price is certainly right ($13 - $17 or so.) It took 2 weeks from order date to delivery in Dallas via Express Mail. (One of the trainers did order these and was very satisfied with the charan padukas.)

3) http://cadotwins.com  for questions: douglas@visinpho.com
Doug and Carla are two blessing givers who are now making padukas in the U.S. Their process:

We create our own forms and also make templates from examples we see elsewhere.  We use the templates to outline and then cut the forms from redwood, poplar or pine.  We don't use door knobs for posts.  We use wooden turned posts. All of the designs are hand painted and applied.  During the creation of each paduka set, from cutting, finishing, to painting, we are always mindful of their intended use and channel Deeksha to them. The Padukas as well as our Inspirational artwork are individually made by the two of us.

Sri AmmaBhagavan message for Relationship Day

"The growing inability to live as a family, to feel for each other and to connect to each other is a world-wide crisis. It is a relationship crisis. The crisis of our present day civilisation is not so much biological as it is psychological.

Our sense of separation having become too strong, life has become a battle for significance and a struggle for identity. The struggle to be a 'somebody', even at the expense of others and at the cost of hurting others is a very unhealthy sign. People destroy themselves emotionally, spiritually and physically. It is a disease and is most reflected in families today. Unless the family is held intact, individuals would go to pieces. They would miss mother's care, a father's attention and a partner's love. Loneliness and loss of identity would eat into them.

To escape from loneliness and the fear of being nobody, people would pursue destructive paths. This would ultimately lead to the break-up of the individual and the fragmentation of society and civilisation itself. Though the world is heading in this direction; all is not lost. There is an immense possibility for humanity to awaken into a new state of consciousness.

There is a beautiful window opening up for humanity to make a giant leap in consciousness; that is - Awakening. When you are awakened you automatically start experiencing everything around you including your relationships. You feel a greater sense of connection to all people and all things. Emotional hurts are hard to sustain because awareness keeps consciousness empty; ready for a fresh experience. Life this way is so ordinary that it is extraordinary. You would begin to realise, this is how you always had been."

Sri Bhagavan on how to experience pain.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1rbWNb_36kY

Notes below are for the first video only (suffering).

Confront the suffering...

Q: What is the best course to follow when one encounters suffering.
Bhagavan, please also give us more clarity on what is running away from suffering.

Sri Bhagavan: Well! There is no need to give clarity on running away from suffering, because you are doing it all the time. Whenever you say I am suffering, it means you are running away from suffering. Because if you could turn around and confront the suffering, soak in it, embrace it, fall in love with it, be with it, accept it, do all these things. Then, see for yourself what happens!

Running away from suffering

Q: Bhagavan, how exactly do we experience suffering?

Sri Bhagavan: When we use the word suffering' what we mean is you are running away from suffering. That is what you call suffering' and you are not aware of it. Supposing somebody is dead in your house, your near or dear one, you don't want to face that fact, you keep running away from it. That is what is you call suffering. Not the actual thing which happened.

On the other hand if you were to turn around and embrace the event which happened, initially it is tremendously painful, you could even develop tremendous chest pain. Some times the body itself could become very violent and go into convulsions as you embrace that suffering, without internally moving away from it, that is, not trying to understand it, not trying to explain it away but to jump into it. This we call jumping into the tigers mouth. At the moment you are hanging on to the ceiling and the tiger is growling and you are afraid that you might fall anytime into the tiger's mouth and that is what you call suffering. What we are telling is please jump down from the ceiling straight into the tiger's mouth and be eaten. Strangely if you are eaten, you are gone, who is there to suffer? So, that is why we say, you don't have to understand suffering.

You do not have to bring in psychology and philosophy, they would never ever help you. They would only help you escape. Because again the tiger is going to pounce on you some day. The best thing is to embrace it and the strangest part is you will find sooner or later you will develop this art and every time suffering comes, you would embrace it and it becomes joy. One who has completely mastered the art of converting suffering into joy is almost enlightened. Not enlightened but almost enlightened!

Escape from suffering

Q: Most people think that the pursuit of truth or enlightenment is a luxury for the contented or an escape from suffering from their lives. Could you please explain to us the need for enlightenment?

Bhagavan:

"Unless you are enlightened and your heart is flowered, you are not living. Only a person who is established in oneness and whose heart is flowered in love is truly living, otherwise you are living the life of the mind, which is nothing but craving and fear. The greatest tragedy of the human existence is that you are not even conscious of your present condition, you could be the president of the most powerful country or the richest man on the planet, you would still be suffering because so long as you are living the life of the mind, your so-called happiness is merely pleasure which will soon turn into fear and pain.

I am not criticizing you, I am merely awakening you to joy and love, which are possible when the heart has flowered. You could be poorest man and nobody in this vast world but with love in your heart, you are in heaven, an unenlightened being though he has spiritual, economic or political power would still be in hell."

I am love
