You can arrive anytime between 6:30 and 6:50. We will begin at 7:00 p.m. At 6:50, the door will be locked so that we can begin the process as a group. Please leave your shoes outside the door. You may bring a small object or photo of your choice for placement on the altar. You can place sleeping pads, pillows or items of clothing outside on the deck for later use.

As you enter our home, bring your focus inward to create an environment that allows us to move into a state of devotion.

The Process:
- We will begin with focusing inward and then body movement and ecstatic dance for 30-40 minutes
- Then we will repeat together the following statements:
"Thoughts are not mine" (7 Times)
"Mind is not mine" (7 Times)
"This body is not my body" (7 Times)
"All things are happening automatically" (7 Times)
"I as a person do not exist" (7 Times)
- Next is the 49 minute chant: "I am existence, consciousness, bliss."
- After the chant, there will be the transfer of the Mukti Deeksha. The blessing will be taken from Padukas, a Sri Murthi, or a sacred object or photograph of your choice.
- Find a place to lie down to integrate the process for at least 30 minutes to an hour.

Following the rest and integration time, we'll participate in the live hour long web broadcast with Sri Bhagavan.

It's best to fast, eat lightly for the day or so ahead, or eat mostly living foods and juices as this prepares the body for more transformation.  Layer clothing for your comfort knowing the sequence of activities.
We will be offering this process with a small donation if you choose.
