Mukthi Deeksha Awakening Process
Skype Call with Tejasaji

Dear Oneness Blessing Facilitators, Trainers, and Oneness Family,

The Oneness Awakening course will replace the Oneness Experience course and include the Mukthi Deeksha process at the end of the course as the initiation process. This replaces the hands-on-head initiation previously offered by the Trainers. For any questions on these changes, please contact a local Trainer, Country Coordinator or the Guide working with your country. Some trainers are starting to offer weekly Mukthi Deeksha processes in their area for Blessing Givers only, apart from the Oneness Awakening courses. More guidelines will be posted soon at the Oneness University site.

Experiences with the Mukthi Deeksha process may be submitted to experiences@onenessuniversity.org.

The official site for Oneness University is: http://www.OnenessUniversity.org

Notes from Skype Call with Tejasaji at Golden City with the U.K.

March 30, 2010

AmmaBhagavan are now completely focused on global awakening. Because of what has been happening recently in India, they have given humanity what they were going to begin in 2011 and continue through 2012-2014.

Mukthi Deeksha process offered to groups outside of a Oneness Awakening course is now ONLY for Blessing Givers and should be facilitated by a Oneness Trainer. It is good to repeat process regularly to accelerate the complete awakening. 4-5 times may be enough for most people.

It may be that people feel they are not receiving anything at first. The Mukthi Deeksha is still working even if people don't feel anything happening. People should continue doing the process regularly until they reach a stable state of awakening.Through being around those who have awakened, people will be assisted in accelerating their own awakening process.

The state people will notice is not flashy and dramatic, but rather a very natural, simple state where there is the knowing and experience that they are not the doer and that everything is happening automatically and the feeling of joy and bliss and being comfortable with everything that is going on in their lives.

It is critical to do the process exactly as has been specified. At least 30-45 minutes of dancing/body movement, repeating the 5 teaching statements 7 times, 49 minutes of chanting in one's native language: I am existence, consciousness, bliss. Then to follow with the paduka blessing and lying down to integrate. A photo or other spiritual icon may be used for the blessing instead of padukas. The paduka blessing is done by the receiver going up to the altar and placing their forehead and hands on the padukas. No hands on blessings should be given after the Mukthi Deeksha starts and ends.

If people attended the webcast with Bhagavan earlier in March for the Mukthi Deeksha and completed all the steps of the Mukthi Deeksha, then they are initiated as Blessing Givers. They need to come to the Trainers to learn how to give the blessing. Going forward, people will need to attend a Oneness Awakening course and be initiated through the Mukthi Deeksha process at the end of the course. They may start giving blessings only after 3 days following their initiation. There should be no hands on Deeksha at the event after the Mukti Deeksha.

Level 1 and 2 courses will end in June. Only trainers' courses will be offered after June. Mukthi Deeksha is being conducted at the temple on Wednesday through Sunday evenings at 6:30 p.m. Monthly teachings will continue to be posted on the Oneness University website. There may soon be a webcast with Bhagavan again doing the Mukthi Deeksha process for all those who missed the first one. Also, there may be regular, perhaps, monthly webcasts with Bhagavan.

To become a trainer, one needs to have attended a Oneness Awakening course or Oneness Experience course and Mukthi Deeksha process and be certified by a Oneness Trainer. The 25 signatures are no longer required.

Question:
Since becoming a Deeksha Giver about 6 weeks ago, I've felt increasingly uncomfortable with both the process of giving and receiving deeksha. I don't really feel anything is happening with either the giving or receiving process whereas before being a Deeksha Giver, I quite enjoyed receiving deeksha, although not having any specific very tangible experience. I don't really feel any strong connection with any sense of the Divine, certainly not in a personal way. This is all connected with the development, or lack of development maybe, of the heart quality. Whatever it is, I don't feel it. It doesn't bother me, but I feel a bit of a fraud giving Deeksha so I have tended to avoid it. What would be a good course of action?

Tejasa's answer:
For now just stop giving Deeksha and take a Mukti Deeksha process.
Then when your heart moves you to give Deeksha, start again.
