On Behalf of Mattias and I, we'd like to invite people who are willing to do notes for future broadcasts and telecasts to team up with us. Please let me know if you can do this and we'll start a rotating list for more people in the community to participate and then, all can continue to benefit from the notes!

Q1: We have seen the whole world respond as one family to the earthquake in Haiti. What can we do as Deeksha givers to help in this and other situations like it?
Bhagavan:
What you could do is have the map and pictures of ........ and place them on and give the blessing on the picture.
Similarly you will find they will be given some sort of solace .... they might very well come out of their traumas.
We have done this in the case of Gujarat in India and we had very good results. If you do that it will not only remove the trauma but it could also result in their getting material health. Although you are far removed from Haiti you could still do it. A little practice and you'll find it is really working very well.
The only thing is there could be this mental barrier as to how could this happen. But if you go ahead and do it you will see it is in fact happening. That is how you could help from here.
Q2: Now that we are rapidly increasing the number of Deeksha Givers, how can we increase the interest in receiving Deeksha beyond talking to our friends? By giving public talks, writing articles in the media...?
Bhagavan:

... enlightenment if it is going to happen at all. But then we have people who have already made it before 2012. The majority of them are Indians and do not speak English, that is the problem. We are hoping to get some people who could speal English. But then there are also westerners but fortunately two days ago we came across a westerner who is fully awakened, he is from Holland, and in a day or two we will be uploading this interview on our website. In due course we will upload more and more people who have fully made it.
Now, listening to these people will be of immense help, not only in one's growth, but the message to the people is that it is indeed possible to become awakened and enlightened. I think it's now actually started now. Things will slowly begin to accelerate. Very soon we will have more and more people. The one concrete example we have here who happened to come here and have managed to record him - he's from Holland.

I think probably this sort of interview will be shown on television in your countries and on our website, maybe people should go and interview him and write articles. When they come across a normal westerner who is awakened I think we will find interest will automatically grow. And the phenomenon will also speed up. I think we are getting very, very close to the turning point.

Q: Can you tell us his name?
Bhagavan: His name is Edwin, from Holland. He is a pilot.
Q3: In a time of rapid change such as we are seeing already as we move towards 2012, what plans if any should we make for the time after 2012? What about food and other daily essentials? So both before, at that time and after 2012.
Bhagavan: After 2012 we'll talk about then but not before that. Things will be dramatically different.
2012 does not represent any particular year as such. The 23 years from '89 to 2012, it's a 23 year period. Though we often refer to it as 2012, it's actually 23 years. And already a lot of calamities have happened. It's not as though something is going to especially happen. We've already had enough calamities in the last 21 years or so. We are right through 2012 now. That particular year only represents the closure of what is happening. So we are in the midst of the crisis right now, starting with '89.
Both the positive and the negative are happening. We call this two ages running concurrently - we also call it the sunjavella, which means between sunrise and sunset. For one age it is sunset for the other it is sunrise, an intervening period. Both running parallel. So we are in the midst of 2012. What has happened in Haiti is part of 2012.
We have taken the questions fast so we can have a longer meditation today, probably for six minutes. We have to increase the duration of our meditation if we are going to become awakened.
