Sanctuary Community Covenant Church

After a great summer, Sanctuary Covenant Church kicked off the fall with a BlockParty and Baptism Sunday. It is great to see God at work in the lives of people in the congregation and community.
A mother and daughter began attending church 9 months ago and quickly became excited by everything that is happening. They have built special relationships with people in the church and love to remind us of the positive impact that this has had on their lives. They have been exploring a relationship with God, and after seeing Him bring peace and stability to their lives, made a commitment to follow Jesus and were baptized on Baptism Sunday.
Sanctuary is in a season of discerning next steps for our church community and in assisting people in taking next steps in their lives, so please pray for:
* The 7 people who were baptized and 3 people becoming Christ followers
* Core 72 Retreat - a retreat for those committing to support the growth of Sanctuary Church and discover areas of personal giftedness for ministry
* For the Leadership Team in discerning next steps for Sanctuary Church in the areas of vision, mission, values and culture
* We will continue to see new people coming to Sanctuary Church and exploring a new relationship with God
