passion. In addition, the retrospective features story boards of how Jennifer taught various medium, postcards from all of her shows, and items you will recognize from her studio.

Guests and artists will have the opportunity to vote for "Best in Show" of students' work, and "Best in Show" of Jennifer's work. A postcard with Jennifer's picture on one side and her list of six things artists should do to improve their craft will be given out to attendees.

A scholarship fund in Jennifer's name has been established at George Washington University where Jennifer received her Masters of Fine Arts. The scholarship will be presented at Saturday's reception.

We look forward to seeing you and perhaps your friends and family on Saturday.

Fairfax County invites all artistically inclined residents to submit original artwork for inclusion in a month-long exhibit at the Government Center this April.

Entries must be submitted the week of

March 21-24, 2011.

Exhibit: August 16 - October 29, 2010

Reception: Saturday, September 25 from 2 - 4 pm
