Buy Fresh, Buy Local Supporting healthy foods and communities
We all know that a key element to healthy living is good nutrition. Inova Health System is proud to sponsor the Northern Virginia Chapter of Buy Fresh Buy Local, a nationally recognized program that is dedicated to reintroducing Americans to their food - the seeds it grows from, the farmers who produce it, and the routes that carry it from the fields to their tables. If the idea of recreating culinary delicacies from world-famous farmers markets appeals to you, be certain to catch Farmers Market, one of ACE's newest classes. This summer, take a culinary tour to these four world-famous markets: Mercato Orientale in Genoa, Italy; Union Square Green Market in New York City; Marché des Enfants Rouges in Paris; and Melbourne's Queen Victoria Market.

Here are a few stats from the video:
- If you were paid a $1 for every time an article was posted on Wikipedia you would earn $1,712.32 per hour.
- If Facebook were a country it would be the world's third largest ahead of the United States and only behind China and India.
- Wikipedia has over 15 million articles...studies show it's more accurate than Encyclopedia Britannica.
- the second largest search engine in the world is YouTube.
