Vietnamese Immigrant Teaches for ACE

When I arrived in the USA in 2008, I hoped to have an opportunity to teach Vietnamese to Americans. How should I tell you my happiness to be an ACE instructor in Vietnamese? I would say my dream comes true.

As a Vietnamese immigrant, I settled in the USA two years ago under the ODP (Orderly Departure Program) which was signed among the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, the USA, the UN, and other countries to stop the illegal emigration of Vietnamese by boat after the fall of South Viet Nam, or in other words, at the end of the Viet Nam war on April 30, 1975. Chau Minh Nguyen teaches beginning and intermediate Vietnamese.
