Greetings!

According to the May 2009 U.S. News and World Report, the classroom holds strategic value for workers in a weak economy. In learning new skills you gain a better toehold in a changing job market. You're in the right place at the right time.

This issue focuses on both the practical and the inspirational aspects of career program completion.

Learn Today for a Better Tomorrow
Teachers make all the difference

Before you commit money, time, and effort in learning, you want to know your classroom experience will be Business speakerworthwhile. Both you and your teacher play major roles in how much you gain from a particular class. Doing your best is one side of the coin; quality instruction is the other side of it.

For our part, be assured that ACE hires only the best! Our teachers are carefully chosen for both their expertise and a passion for teaching. Your evaluations let us know we're keeping up our end.

If you have a teacher you would like to see featured in a future ACE On Point, please write onpoint@fcps.edu and include your reasons.

The Reason to Register
Accurate, timely transcripts

It's to your advantage to register as a certificate-seeking student early on in your studies. The reason is simple: your registration starts the transcript process by which your course grades are collected and recorded specifically in your name. If you haven't already, please register without delay.
