ACE Student Art Exhibit
Artwork by Penny McGrath and her students Paint Palette
Sponsored by the Arts Council of Fairfax County, this annual exhibit reveals what happens when talent meets excellent instruction in the classroom. A professional studio painter known for her flamboyant use of color on gigantic canvases, Ms. McGrath has guided adults in the composition of oil and acrylic paintings since the 1980s. Several of her students have moved into art as a vocation full time after mastering the medium and receiving critical acclaim for their work.
