Smart Commute MRH took part of a worldwide movement to celebrate sustainable transportation on Sep 22nd Car Free Day.
75 residents in Markham, Richmond Hill took the online pledge to go Car Free for a day!
Smart Commute MRH also challenged the local media at the Richmond Hill Liberal news team to leave their cars at home and take transit or carpool to work on Sep 22nd. They not only took on the challenge, but wrote an excellent article on their Car Free Day experience, which we want to share with you below:
