Dear

ApologyAn apology

I've just come across a Dutch supplier, Royal VKB, whose designers obviously see the world through quite different eyes to yours or mine. However before I go into this intriguing company, first an apology.

As is sometimes the case with us, the Red Apron magazine is coming out about two weeks behind our intended schedule. In the accompanying letter there's an invite to our cake decorating masterclasses that actually took place earlier this week! These are of course the two that I emailed you about a few weeks ago. So if you get a feeling of deja vu that's the reason! We already have a waiting list of people wanting to go on the next class so let Paul know if you want to be added to the list.

RVKBElegant, eye catching Danish-style design from the Netherlands

How many times have you searched your kitchen high and low for those wretched oven gloves that eventually turn up in the sitting room or the play room or, in my case, "right under your nose, daddy"...yes it happens in our house an awful lot. Imagine my glee when I saw this ingenious RVKB Apron with a really useable pair of oven gloves built into them...had to have it!

They also have a very stylish tray that you can carry safely with one hand. A garlic crusher that not only makes a nice pulp of your garlic clove but also removes the smell from your hands after use! A French style carafe of generous capacity that holds 4 glass tumblers in the neck, making carrying your water to the table a one handed operation (please don't use the tumblers for wine - we've got plenty of Riedel glasses that will do your Christmas wines proper justice).

I could go on, but at this time of year the thing you may well be short of is time, so I'll let the products do the talking. Any of the relevant underlined words on this email will take you directly to the Royal VKB page on our website.

That's it for now ..speak to you again soon.

Kind regards
Andrew
