A wine with your brulee?
I've just been speaking to Nick Tanner, another Red Apron Member who runs a wine import business www.fitzwilliam-wines.co.uk and who supplied us two of the four wines ( a rather nice fresh Sancerre and a good full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon) that we've been using for our Riedel Tasting events in these last two weeks.
For the next two tastings, happening this week, he's supplying these plus a Pinot Noir as several people commented that the Pinot we got from Majestic was too woody (which I actually rather liked!).
He's also going to recommend a suitable wine to go with the Strawberry Brulee I emailed you about last week, ( I know I know, if I were an organised sort I should have done that last week...but I'm getting there! ) and I, of course, will try to sell you a glass to put it in...by Riedel no doubt. I'll let you know soon!
